Here is the video that we will follow for the one point perspective city. We will pause many times over many days to attempt to achieve a finished drawing.

Here is an example of the 1 point perspective city. The student did a good job and added nice details in the final phase including some cars which look right because the one in the front (bottom of the page) is larger than the one in the back (near middle of the page) which gives the illusion of depth. I only wish that their was more value in the final, but over all its the best end project that has been done so far and represents a lot of hard work! 

In 2019 we added value into the mix, below you will find some good examples that also have value added into the mix.
